The connection between Wiki and CLA is manual, that is, Patrick et al are looking over the lists and making comparisons. If someone has wildly different usernames, you'll be asked to sign a CLA, and you can just reply back that you have one and under what name. Your GPG signature on that email would seal the deal. :) We'll be sure to make that point in the email to the people we request a CLA from.
