Over the years the single biggest complaint voiced on these lists is the poor search results bugzilla provides. If the searches provided better results perhaps duplcatess wouldn't be so prevalent.
That was not the case for this bug report. Give me specific instances where bugzilla search didnt provide the results you wanted out of it while it already had the content you were looking and copy the mails to dkl AT redhat.com. I suspect a lot of these complaints are wrong user queries.
