I'm running gdm-2.13.0.7.0.2006.02.12-1 and the /etc/gdm/custom.conf is
essentially empty (blank sections for daemon, security, etc.). I can't
log in at all as a normal user although root can. Your sed substitution
fails to match anything.

Any ideas?
