I'm seeing the same thing here with this hypervisor-kernel and the previous, kernel-xen-hypervisor-2.6.15-1.43_FC5, on at Compaq DL380 (dual PIII-866) at the point where XEN hands over output to det ordinary linux-kernel. kernel-xen-hypervisor-2.6.15-1.51_FC5 boots fine on my laptop though.
