That's quite reachable. Its almost similar to the maemo project in style where they've put a low end desktop style spec into a handheld. It has all the usuals like glibc, gtk (and co) gstreamer, X, window manager etc and fits in 128M I think so I wouldn't have thought it would be a major issue.
