Same behaviour here. During boot up it says the eth0 dev
( RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)) is already in use and can't use.
after this message the system hangs.

Maybe there is a fight between 8139too and 8139cp ???
Booting w/ 2.6.14-1.1773_FC5 works 
This is a fully updated rawhide system.
