I tested the DSDT in initrd patch and it seems to be working fine with
netdev.6 kernel. However, my ipw2200 is still inoperable. Where do I submit
a bugreport?

Presently, even though I have all firmwares from 2.2 to 2.4, it still
fails with

        Memory at c8214000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
Capabilities: [dc] Power Management version 2

Additionally, I can't turn on debugging. modprobe ipw2200 debug=0xffff
output is no more verbose than without the debug option.

R.
