Well, I've not heard of an final "decision" -- but rawhide has a lot of
gnome related packages with version 2.13.* (gnome-desktop for example).
So we either have to use epochs to get back to 2.12 (not likely) or 2.14
is on the roadmap...

We will likely have 2.14 final, or maybe a near final release candidate
of 2.14. Don't worry, it will be good.
