Good point.

I don't need it myself, was just throwing it out there. Until reading this 
thread, I didn't even realize there was a distinction to make on what "yum 
clean all" did. Never even thought about it, I'd always just assumed it 
actually did clean all defined repos (including the disabled ones).

I can see both sides of the argument on this one, but I really don't care 
which one is the default. Knowing is enough, and I'm certainly capable of 
removing things by hand if I really want all cached data gone.
