Assuming you're running rawhide, the fbdirect problem is because of:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=168343
I'm working on this, but the fix uses directfb-0.9.24 which will
provide .so.24, so this will require a rebuild of the livna packages,
a local one sinc elivna doesn't support rawhide.

Thanks for your info.
I would try the install directfb-0.9.24 rpm package, and wait the livna
rebuild packages..
I use the Fedora Core Rawhide
