And commercial JVMs.
Making core font support optional would probably be enough for Sun to
get a clue and port Java to fontconfig.

Oh well the future is gcj anyway. As soon as it's stable enough for use,
_many_ people will discover the shortcuts Sun took in its X11 reference
implementation and wonder why they had to live with them so long.
