Upcoming retirement of zbus v1 and libslirp-helper

Hi all,

The Change Proposal to retire zbus v1 in Fedora 42 has been approved
for a while:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RetireZbusV1

I waited with acting on it until after the mass rebuild to not cause
unnecessary FTBFS issues. I plan to retire the packages that make up
zbus v1 in approximately one week, before the f42 mass branching.

There are still three affected packages:

- nmstate: upstream PR to port to zbus v5 exists
   https://github.com/nmstate/nmstate/pull/2820
- rust-libslirp / libslirp-helper: can be retired since it was
superseded by passt
   https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/slirp/libslirp-rs/-/issues/5
- squeekboard: no obvious movement on upstream issue
   https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/squeekboard/-/issues/378

I plan to retire rust-libslirp / libslirp-helper alongside zbus v1.

Fabio
