Heads-up: updating usd to 25.02 in Rawhide

In one week, 2025-01-29, or slightly later, I plan to update usd to 25.02 in Rawhide[1][2].

As usual, this is an ABI-incompatible update with an SONAME version bump.

I will rebuild the sole dependent package, blender, in the same side tag, and this will actually fix Blender’s failure to build from source in the mass rebuild[3][4], which was due to a GCC 15 incompatibility in the usd (version 24.11) headers.
