Orphaning python-geoplot

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

python-geoplot [1] is a relatively calm package to maintain, but
upstream development is non-existent at this point, and has been for a
couple years.

It's now FTBFS due to NumPy 2, which upstream would have seen half a
year ago if they were still active. While this error is probably
straightforward to fix, I don't want to spend more energy on it than I
already have.

A check with `fedrq wrsrc` shows no dependents. Other Python packages
in the same space have also stopped referencing it themselves even in
their documentation [2].
