In addition to what others have said, I also feel like I need to point out that while the mass rebuild is indeed build in alphabetical order, the builds all use regular rawhide repositories and are tagged in after the rebuild is over.
In other words, builds from the mass rebuild "don't see each other" hence the order of the builds within is completely irrelevant.
