Most likely it got put into the same bucket as all the other
packages which aren't valid C23.

Guess you want to wrap include/linux/stddef.h

 enum {
         false   = 0,
         true    = 1
 };

and similarly in include/linux/types.h

 typedef _Bool                   bool;
