It looks like there are at least a few people interested in keeping hyprland available in Fedora repos, and it already found a new maintainer: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/hyprland - might want to ask if they need help with maintenance. That said, it would probably make sense to request a permanent Updates Policy exception for hyprland and associated packages, given that upstream releases versions with breaking changes so frequently.
