It is also a short term rolling release, with no
future fixes available, and you are expected to
upgrade to the next rolling 11.7 release (which
also will not get fixes).

Anyone is free to use whatever version of
MariaDB they wish, and MariaDB provides
you with the references for you to do so
should you have an itch for a newer version
today.

It seems to me that MariaDB LTS releases
are the more reasonable target expectations
for Fedora going forward.
