I'm using kerberos token most of the time, so I don't see this.
I saw reports about this happening, but it's hard to reproduce. After
first successful login it's usually doesn't happen on the following ones :-/

I get this frequently too. It usually works on the second or third
attempt, and of course is difficult to reproduce reliably so I didn't
file a bug about it.
