Having the changes in f41 too would be ideal, as that would allow us to move forward right away on the riscv64 side. The changes from the version currently in f41 are completely trivial, literally just adding riscv64 to ExclusiveArch, so I'm confident that they're not going to introduce any issue that would not have been already produced by a no-source-change rebuild. That said, I understand that pesign is a particularly vital package, which is probably why it seem to have been excluded from the past several mass rebuilds. Being extra careful is probably advisable. So I leave the decision up to people more familiar with the package and process than I am.
