You're correct - the build log shows that the dependency generator
doesn't seem to have run:
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/aisleriot/3.22.21/7.fc41/data/logs/x86_64/build.log

If this was a fluke (maybe a race condition in RPM?), a rebuild of the
package should fix it?
