Hi,
Since the new Notifications app was launched, I have been trying to
enable notifications from Koschei. It is still not working, and I am
unable to figure it out. For example, I am co-maintainer of tilix (admin
access in dist-git), but I did not receive a notification when Tilix
went FTBFS in Koschei for Rawhide and F41 Does somebody know why this
rule does not send those notifications?
Rule Enabled? Yes
Tracking Rule: My Events
Destination:

* Optional Filters:
** Severities: info, warning, error
** Applications: Koschei
** My Actions: no
** Excluded Applications: none
** Fedora Message topic patterns: none
Is "My Events" wrong? Its description is "Event referring to me or
affecting me". I would say that included everything related to packages
that I co-maintain. Should I rather use "Artifacts by user". Its
description is "Messages about artifacts (packages, modules, containers)
that are owned by specific users". Does co-maintaining count as "owning"
here?
I think it's just broken.

Apparently parts of it were supposed to be fixed, but I haven't
received any koschei notifications in a while.
I do get notifications, though, only for my own packages it seems. That
is packages for which I'm the main admin. I'm not getting notifications
for any other packages.
The rule that enables it has Tracking Rule set to "Artifacts by user"
and Koschei listed in applications.
I would assume the message, that is sent on the bus, lacks some details
or is not consumed properly for other people to be notified. But that's
just a wild guess.
