Hi,

I've just built libeconf 0.7.4 into rawhide, and this bumps the SONAME. Affected packages are:
$ dnf repoquery --whatrequires libeconf
libtukit-0:3.6.2-9.fc41.x86_64
pam-0:1.6.1-6.fc42.x86_64
pam-libs-0:1.6.1-6.fc42.x86_64
shadow-utils-2:4.16.0-5.fc42.x86_64
shadow-utils-subid-2:4.16.0-5.fc42.x86_64

I've created a side-tag to take care of this:
$ fedpkg request-side tag
Side tag 'f42-build-side-98530' (id 98530) created.
Use 'fedpkg build --target=f42-build-side-98530' to use it.
Use 'koji wait-repo f42-build-side-98530' to wait for the build repo to be generated.

PAM and shadow-utils have already been taken care of.

@Neal Gompa do you mind rebuilding transactional-update in the side-tag? Once you are done I'll proceed to create the update.

Could you please also turn back on the vendor configuration directory for PAM with this update? I want to move PAM files for SDDM and Weston into /usr, but I can't until this commit is reverted: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pam/c/767d329677341b305c0aa3927d302ade1073cce2?branch=rawhide

(Ideally also put it back in CentOS Stream 10 too...)
