This package depends on tcl & expect (to run some tests) and therefore
fails because expect currently fails to install with tcl 9.  I will
look again at it when that is fixed since this package does provide
some Tcl bindings.

I filed a bug upstream:

Both require ocaml-labltk to be installed.  I don't think these
contain any Tcl code so probably they should just work after that
package is fixed.
