Any of the normal means should work for epel packages: https://packages.fedoraproject.org As others noted stream should have a lot of the base packages, so you should be able to look there with mock or the like. Also, if you are doing scratch builds in fedoraproject koji you can look at the root.log there and see the exact versions in the buildroot it used. kevin
