"The Bugzilla review bug creator didn't match the requester in Pagure."

My sponsoree(?) Min Lei has a completed review request:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2305524

However creating the new branch is a problem:

https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/67376
"The Bugzilla review bug creator didn't match the requester in Pagure."

This is speculation, but I think this may be related to him creating a
new Fedora account as apparently the password for the old account was
lost & couldn't be recovered for some reason:

Old account: https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/minlei/
New account: https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/minlei2/

What can he do about this?

Actually I'm surprised that the person who files the bug has to be the
same person who requests the branch. There seems no reason for that
restriction.

Rich.
