Updates testing dates seems incorrect

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/updates/testing/4/i386/

Ex:
File:kernel-2.6.14-1.1633_FC4.i586.rpm 14953 KB 10/31/2004 04:38:00 PM
File:kernel-2.6.14-1.1633_FC4.i686.rpm 14498 KB 10/31/2004 04:39:00 PM

Somehow I doubt that kernel was available a year ago :)

By no means a big issue, but it confused me for a few minutes there
since I actually thought some of the updates had been in testing
for over a year. Until I came to think of the fact that FC4 probably
didn't need updates back then.

I haven't checked other folders, but it seems to me somebody who is
uploading new rpms should check their date settings.

OT: Anyone know why those PHP 5.0.5 packages haven't gone on in yet?
