If you're concerned that this is blocking the Fedora 41 release, do not
be. It isn't.

I don't remember all the details of the forced orphaning/retirement
process for FTBFS/FTI packages - it may be that this is forced into
retirement in some kinda sync with the F41 schedule, I don't know - but
it definitely doesn't block the release, I should know since I look at
the blocker list more than anybody. :D
