This was sent out by accident while I am working on converting our ELN
builds away from ODCS. Once that work is complete, we will be sending
out one of these each day, but for the time being I've redirected them
to only send to me and not spam the list (since I'm doing at least a
half-dozen composes a day while I work things out).

But yes, it will be turned back on and should be very useful to folks
wanting to keep apprised of the state of ELN.
