Building for EPEL

Can some kind soul point me at the doco for building for EPEL. I seem
to remember there's an extra step for EPEL but it escapes me (and
google). https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-packaging-examples/
doesn't seem to get me over the hump...

I've been able to get a branch for EPEL10, merged from rawhide, git
pushed and 'fedpkg build':

Task info: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=122342014
...
  122342031 buildArch (aml-0.3.0-5.el10_0.src.rpm, ppc64le): open
(buildvm-ppc64le-05.iad2.fedoraproject.org) -> closed
 0 free  0 open  7 done  0 failed

but I get a failure when trying to:

$ fedpkg update --type enhancement --bugs 2307335
Could not execute update: Could not generate update request:
