You can request a side tag and reference its repository in the Copr
configuration.  The repositories have URLs like this one:

  <https://koji.fedoraproject.org/repos/f42-build-side-94256/>

(I don't think I've ever tried this, but I don't see a reason why it
wouldn't work, either.)
