Saw Firefox released and its builds failing in koji, because nss was not up to date (3.102 or better required). Put 2 and 2 together and got... 5. 😉

What made you come to the conclusion that the regular NSS maintainer is away?

NSS in Fedora is maintained by the RHEL crypto team, and both Bob and Frantisek who work on NSS are currently very much in the middle of doing the required NSS rebase in Fedora, CentOS Stream, and RHEL.
