On Windows, you get an interactive popup prompt asking you whether to
allow or deny opening up a port for the app that you just started.
That's exactly what's missing on Fedora Workstation, if we wanted to
have a stricter firewall configuration by default.
That doesn't happen with all programs. Some yes, but most I had to
interact with don't trigger a popup.
