As for why I've only landed it now --- unlucky timing.
First (from Jun 25) I was waiting for the ticket to be assigned,
in accordance to the changes policy,
and when it was assigned (Jul 8),
of course it had to be on the first day of my vacation,
so I've only gotten back to it this week.
It would be nice if the ticket assignment was immediate or something,
and sorry for the inconvenience.
