This broke dnf5 in ELN:
nothing provides libfmt.so.10()(64bit) needed by
libdnf5-plugin-actions-5.2.4.0-1.eln141.x86_64 from ELN-Extras

Not sure where to report such ELN issues to, so, please, dispatch accordingly.
