FTR: I reverted (*) the changes in dist-git for rpm and filesystem. All other changes are either appropriate independently of the merge or conditionalized on %_sbindir==%_bindir, so they didn't need to be touched. The current plan is to wait for the f41 branching, and try again after that. The failure on ostree systems was discussed in the bootc group meeting and the tentative agreement is to: - add a virtual Provides:merged-sbin to filesystem - add code to the ostree tooling to create /usr/sbin symlink if the filesystem package has it.
