I think I've managed to fix this one. Got a PR here now:

Upstream made some tweaks here when they moved to a new repo:

- moved to cmake (but required some patching to make it install in system
  directories and so on)
- went from 1.x to 0.x(!), so I've had to use an epoch now
- the license has changed from LGPLv2+ to GPLv3+ (which I'll announce once it builds)

Could someone please take a quick look at the PR, just to make sure I've
not missed anything there?

Upstream is inactive for this, so I've orphaned it too.
