Yeah, I think locale info would be quite relevant. We have translations into hundreds of locales, but some of them are most likely almost unused. OTOH, I'm sure there are some locales with a bunch of users who are not visible on our English-dominated forums. It'd be good to direct some of the i18n efforts into fonts and translations in such locales. With some statistics we wouldn't need to guess.
