python-astunparse is currently broken on Python 3.13 and I have not
investigated why. The latest upstream commit is 5 years old.
Comment from the upstream issue tracker:
"In theory, no current Python package supporting Python since version
3.9 should be required to use this package, as the functionality is
available in the stdlib now:
https://docs.python.org/3/library/ast.html#ast.unparse
python/cpython@27fc3b6"

So I guess it is really not worth keeping this package alive in Fedora.
Well, the last package depending on it has just dropped that dependency.
So, yeah, the package might as well be retired now.
Thanks for pointing out that comment. That's probably something `astor`
upstream might want to look into - python-astor was the last remaining
package in Fedora depending on `astunparse`.
