Ran into the same when I voted. I believe the claim links have been broken for a while. Nb discovered at RH Summit, the badge links were broken when we tried to claim the Summit badge. Dont know how long they've been broken, but I guess that needs to go on the list of things to do.

That last bit doesn't seem to be working. Was the "Claim your I Voted
badge." link always pointing to the URL of the corresponding badge
without any other parameter?
