SPDX Statistics - Hulk edition

    Hot news:
       SPDX v3 has been published. The biggest change for us is that
      license _expression_ allows lowercase operators (and, or, with).
      This got into the specification because of your (Fedora
      maintainers) feedback!

         And there is new terminal AdditionRef-* which can be used for
      custom exceptions. We have no use for this now.

         It will take some time untill a tooling will accomodate this
      change. For fedora-license-data you can track it in

    Two weeks ago we had:
     
    
      * 23943 spec files in Fedora 

            
      * 30600 license
            tags in all spec files
      * 10639 tags have not been
                            converted to SPDX yet

      
      * 4689 tags
                        can be trivially converted using
                        `license-fedora2spdx`
      *
                        Progress: 65,23% ░░░░░░████ 100%

      
      ELN
                        subset:
      94
                        out of 2394 packages are not converted yet
                        (progress 96.07%)

    No license has been added to fedora-license-data. Therefore no
      release and no update of documentation.

    
    New projection when we will be finished is 2025-04-25 (+19 days
      from last report).  Pure linear approximation. 
    If your package does not have
      neither git-log entry nor spec-changelog entry mentioning SPDX and
      you know your license tag matches SPDX formula, you can put your
      package on ignore list
