We haven't encountered RSAL(v2) before in Fedora AFAIK but I've just reviewed it and concluded (easily) it should be classified it as *not-allowed*. https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/497 SSPL of course is already classified as *not-allowed*.
