It appears that src.fp.o does not know about him *at all*:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/karlowich

Note that the logging out / back in needs to happen on
src.fedoraproject.org, not with any other Fedora service.
For me, sometimes opening "src.fedoraproject.org" in an incognito
browser window and logging in there has helped.
