openQA test failures for Rawhide: heads up

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hey folks! You may have noticed unpredictable openQA test failures on Rawhide updates ATM. This is mainly because of the mass rebuild. All the packages from the mass rebuild have been tagged into the buildroot repo (which the openQA tests use), so now there are far more on-the-fly updates than is usually the case, and various test steps are hitting timeouts depending on how fast the download / update process runs.

I'll re-run tests opportunistically for now, but some may still fall through the cracks. Once the currently-running Rawhide compose completes (fingers crossed), I can regenerate the base disk images so they're up to date with the mass rebuild package set, and things should settle down again.
