Orphaning python-sure (test dependency for python-httpretty)

I’ve decided to orphan python-sure. I have taken care of it for some time, after picking it up the last time it was orphaned, and the package is in good shape. Nevertheless, there are a couple of reasons I don’t want to own it any more:

    - Although I have a downstream patch that removes the dependency on the deprecated PyPI mock package[1] in the current release, upstream is working on a new major version, 3.0, that still has a hard dependency on mock. While they seem open to at least downgrading this to a test dependency that can be more easily removed[2], this remains a bit of a headache.

    - The new 3.0 release will add a runtime dependency on python-couleur, which would have to be packaged and which currently uses both nose[3] and mock for its own tests.

All of this can be worked around, but there is also only one remaining dependent package benefiting from all that effort, python-httpretty. I have CC’d its maintainers on this email in case someone wants to take over python-sure rather than dropping python-httpretty’s tests when it goes away.
