I forgot to mention one thing:
To ease the migration I created a scantool-tookit reports for remaining packages. It is available here
http://miroslav.suchy.cz/fedora/spdx-reports/
Right now there are missing packages from ELN set and all other missing Fedora packages from A to L. The script
generating the reports is still running - It has been running whole Chrismas.
If your package is missing wait few more days. Or you can install scancode-toolkit and run:
~/.local/bin/scancode --license --html /tmp/spdx.html --license-references .
