Orphaning gnome-chemistry-utils, bodr and chemical-mime-data and stepping down as goffice and gnumeric co-maintainer

Hi list,

as I have not used gnome-chemistry-utils myself in years, I have decided to finally orphan it. While upstream is dead since the lead developer has retired from professional life, the package has been relatively easy to keep running. The only issue is the versioned gnumeric plugin, meaning a rebuild every gnumeric update. I am also going to orphan the dependencies and step down as gnumeric and goffice co-maintainer.

Best regards,
Julian
