MUMPS update to the 5.6.2 version

Hi all.

In January, i will update MUMPS solver to the release 5.6.2 in Rawhide 
branch. The packages needing a rebuild are:

amg4psblas
coin-or-Cbc
coin-or-Clp
coin-or-Ipopt
freefem++
petsc

MUMPS's changelog is at the bottom of Upstream webpage
