Jakub did a scratch build recently:

  gcc-14.0.0-0.2.fc40
  <https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=109799520>

Note that this is a development compiler.

For tracking down compatibility issues, you can also use mock with the
instrumented compiler repository:

  <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Toolchain/PortingToModernC#Special_COPR_repository_with_instrumented_GCC>

This is based on GCC 13, so fewer moving parts.
