Is someone in contact with cstratak?

I started the non-responsive maintainer process [1], because I asked that python-installer be branched and built for epel, or to add the EPEL packagers SIG to the maintainers [2] on 14 Nov 2023 and added a NEEDINFO on 16 Nov.

Side note: You should probably follow https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-package-request/#fedora_packagers instead.

tl;dr After 1 week, add a reminder. After 2 weeks, open a releng ticket, become the epel maintainer.
